Hi, I’m Laura da Sousa — a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, musician, and creative guide. Yoga has been a powerful part of my healing journey, helping me through trauma and teaching me how to come home to myself. I’m also trained in trauma-informed yoga, and I’m passionate about creating safe, nurturing spaces for others to do the same.

I weave music and creativity into my practice, using sound, voice, and song as tools for healing and expression. I believe we are all creators, and that even in difficult times, the world holds beauty and goodness — it's up to us to bring that to life.

Sacred Voice Yoga Circle is a gentle, nurturing space where we come together to explore yoga, breath, and voice as tools for healing, self-expression, and connection. Through movement, mantra, and sound, we soften the walls around our hearts and rediscover the power of our own unique voice. No singing experience needed — just a willingness to show up and be heard.
